Integrated Circuits

As a company built based on Analog Technologies as our company name shows, we are so excited, after years trials and errors, to start offering two types of analog ICs (Integrated Circuits): operational amplifiers and DC-DC converters - the two most commonly used building blocks found in almost all electronic systems, from cars, phones, to washing machines, microwaves, etc. Our first Op-amp is a high precision amplifier, AT8551, it is an upgraded replacement for the well-known AD8551, but ours have smaller offset voltage and higher slew rate. Our first DC-DC converter is ATDC1934, another upgraded replacement for LT1934 but with > 2X higher output current capability, 700mA vs. 300mA, and slightly higher input voltage limit, 38V vs. 34V.

Battery Management

The AT8254 series is a protection integrated circuitdesigned for 3-series or 4-series lithium-ion/lithiumpolymer rechargeable batteries, including a highprecision voltage detector and delay circuit. TheAT8254 series can switch between protecting 3-seriesor 4-series batteries by using the SEL pin.The AT1002 series is equipped with high-precisionvolt

Motor Drivers

AT8023D is a bi-direction relay driver circuit, used to control the DC motor and the magnetic latching relay, with large output capability, ultra-low power consumption. It can be widely used in smart meters and other pulses, level control applications.

High Precision Operational Amplifiers

For sensing small signals, low offset voltage and low noise are required. Our first IC, AT8551, is such a product. It has very low maximum offset voltage, <5µV, (vs. 10µV from competition AD8551); low noise, <0.75µVP-P @0.01Hz to 10Hz (vs. 1µVP-P @0Hz to 10Hz from competition AD8551); high slew rate, 2.7V/µs (AD8551: 0.4µV/µs); high speed, 4.

Step-Down DC-DC Converters

A Step-down DC-DC converter can also be called buck converter, buck regulator, or DC-DC step-down switching regulator. From its name, we can tell that it converts a power supply source to a lower voltage output at high power efficiency, often > 90%.Analog Technologies offers the following types of step-down DC-DC converter ICs: ATDC1934, ATDC293
